摘     要

    本研究是探討常被濫用作為生長促進劑之乙烯雌酚與己雌酚藥物對於九斤黃雄雞雞隻生長之影響,包括重量、身長、肝重、腿肉的水分與脂肪含量變化及雞肉血清和組織中殘留量及停藥期。2週齡雞隻於用藥1週至2對於雞隻增重及增長使用高劑量乙烯雌酚2 mg較低劑量1 mg效果佳注射己雌酚 1 mg2 mg組則明顯有肝腫大。餵食乙烯雌酚1 mg2 mg及注射己雌酚 1mg2 mg 組中,2週齡雞隻在用藥4週及6週時,其脂肪含量皆比控制組高(p<0.05),在相同劑量給藥時,己雌酚用藥組之脂肪含量高於乙烯雌酚用藥組,而乙烯雌酚1 mg2 mg連續用藥6己雌酚1 mg2 mg連續用藥4週時,水分略有減少之現象。肝臟及血清中乙烯雌酚藥物含量較腿肉及胸肉高,而己雌酚在胸肉、血清殘留較高。4週齡之雄雞餵食乙烯雌酚2 mg或注射己雌酚2 mg,連續3週,對4週齡雞隻後期增重或身長增加則無效果。以乙烯雌酚與己雌酚每日2 mg餵食與注射357週齡大小不同雄雞,連續14天,無法促進各組雄雞重量及身長之增加,亦對腿肉中水分含量無顯著影響,卻產生肝臟腫大之副作用。雞胗與肝臟中乙烯雌酚殘留量高,己雌酚在胸肉及血清之殘留量高。最後以8週齡雞隻餵食乙烯雌酚與注射己雌酚2 mg,各需要7天的停藥期時間;檢測時則須以雞胸肉及雞胗分別作為己雌酚及乙烯雌酚藥物殘留之指標。

Abstract

    The objective of this study was to reveal the effect of commonly abused growth promoter, diethylstilbestrol and hexestrol, on Cochin male chicken growth including weight, length, liver weight, crude fat and moisture of chicken drum and on muscle as well as serum residual amount and their withdrawal time.  Chicks were injected with hexestrol or oral diethylstilbestrol of 1 and 2 mg on 2 weeks age in 6 weeks period. Diethylstilbestrol 2 mg group were higher in weight or length gain than 1 mg group in 1 to 2 weeks period. While chickens injected with 1 mg or 2 mg, livers swelled significantly. Oral administrated 2 weeks old male chicken of diethylstilbestrol 1 mg or 2 mg and injected hexestrol 1 mg or 2 mg has higher fat content than control in 4 and 6 weeks period (p<0.05). The fat content of hexestrol treated groups was higher than diethylstilbestrol at same dosage. Diethylstilbestrol 1 mg or 2 mg in 6 weeks and hexestrol 1 mg or 2 mg groups in 4 weeks had moisture decreased. Residual amounts of diethylstilbestrol in tissue and serum were high than thigh and breastand for Hexestrol, in breast, serum higher than liver and thigh. The 4 weeks age of chickens of treated groups were orally administered diethylstilbestrol 2 mg or injected with hexestrol 2 mg for 3 weeks period showed that diethylstilbestrol and hexestrol had no effect in improving of weight and length gain for 4 weekly age of chicks. Comparing 35 and 7 weeks of chicks injected with hexestrol and orally administered diethylstilbestrol 2.0 mg/day at the same time for 14 days showing no significant effect in weight and length gain either. The moisture and fat content in thigh had no significant effected in treated groups (p>0.05), result in liver tumescence side effect. Gizzard and liver had higher residual amounts of diethylstilbestrol,while hexestrol resided more in breast and serum .   Eight weeks old chickens fed with diethylstilbestrol or injected with 2 mg hexestrol, and their withdrawal time required 7 days.  The chicken breast meat and gizzard was target for residual hexestrol and diethylstilbestrol, respectively.&
